All I have to say is GROSS. The air is absolutely horrible here. I can not ever remember a time it has been this bad. Horrible.
My month of fitness is working out pretty well. I'm totally on track. Two days in a row I've worked out. I am awesome.

Yes, lots and lots of wildfires! It is so horrible. Someone told me we have the second worse air quality in the nation right now. There is only one other place (they didn't specify the place) where we would be worse off.
